Sample Itinerary:  A 5-Day Spiritual Retreat In Sedona
With 3 Full Days of Private Sessions!

Embark on an amazing spiritual journey of self-discovery, transformation and personal growth... attend one our Sedona Spiritual Retreats!  As you read the sample itinerary below please keep in mind that all of our retreat packages are customized to fit your individual needs.

Our intent is to construct a synergistic itinerary so that each session builds upon those that came before.  Your spiritual retreat in Sedona will consist of approximately 3-6 hours per day of private sessions designed just for you.

Day 1:

Arrive in Sedona - Check into your accommodations and enjoy some free time for hiking, shopping, or just soaking in the hot tub. Depending on your arrival time, you will be met by your SpiritQuest guide to receive your welcome packet.

Day 2: 

Releasing Ceremony - Your SpiritQuest guide will take you out on the land to one of Sedona's energy vortexes for a special welcoming ceremony.  During this ceremony you will connect with the land, set your intention for the retreat, and identify blockages that need to be released.

Abyhanga-Shiro Dhara - Relax and de-stress your inner being with this full body Ayurvedic treatment consisting of a warm herbal oil massaged into the skin.  Shiro Dhara is a controlled flow of warm oil poured over the third eye chakra. The oil then streams down the crown chakra which disperses negative electrical impulses that accumulate from stress.

Day 3: 

The Ultimate Sedona Vortex Experience - Get out on the red rocks of Sedona and feel your connection to the earth.  This concentrated energy helps us amplify whatever is needed for our spiritual growth.

Empowerment Tools of the Inner Journey - Are you ready to become the Master of your life?  The mind and body are intimately connected.  When the mind is calm the body also becomes calm, allowing it to rejuvenate and heal.  This session will teach you a powerful set of techniques that will allow you to take control of your inner emotional world.

Seeds of Wisdom - Discover your passion and see yourself in terms of ancient wisdom.  This session incorporates the ancient I-Ching and breath work. Healing Seeds are used to discover aspects of self related to the elements, such as earth, water, fire, wind, thunder.  A breath form is then presented.

Day 4: 

Spiritual Awakening - Deepen your connection to God/Source/Spirit.  Working at the metaphysical level, you'll explore the most important questions.  Why did you come here?  What are your greatest lessons, challenges?  What is your purpose? Get in touch with the Source of who you are.

Mind, Body & Spirit Integration - During this session you will review and reflect on your retreat experience with your SpiritQuest guide, then discover how to use your own inner power to create a more joyous, abundant and healthy life...  the life YOU truly desire.

Day 5:
